Start with the right questions.
Which mill-turn architecture is right for my parts?
Y-axis machines suit off-center holes, flats and slots. A second spindle supports front and back work. Multi-angle features may call for a five-axis platform. Confirm the choice against your full drawing and process plan.
What information should I prepare for a quotation?
Include part drawings, material, blank size, tolerances, surface finish and batch quantity. Add any tooling or automation requirements.
Can I visit the factory?
Contact Handemo to arrange a visit to the Shandong factory and discuss machine inspection or cutting tests.
